Design Technology

Design technology, or D.T , is the study, design, development, application, implementation, support and management of computer and non-computer based technologies for the purpose of communicating product design intent and constructability.

Students of design technology learn to use technical skills to create drawings, plans, and computer models that will be used in constructing a building or manufacturing a product.
